Referral rewards — every member helps grow the brand:
Founders can set a referral reward rate (e.g. 3%), paid out from the management fee. Every teacher has a unique referral link. As long as the students you refer keep taking lessons — whoever teaches them — you earn ongoing referral rewards. Referral rewards don't affect the teaching teacher's lesson income.
