After selecting a brand's course package, pay securely through ECPay.

Payment process:

  1. Choose a course package on the brand page
  2. Click purchase and enter the ECPay payment page
  3. Select payment method and complete payment
  4. After successful payment, lesson credits are added to your account immediately

ECPay is Taiwan's leading third-party payment platform, supporting credit cards, ATM transfers, and more. Your transaction information is fully protected.

After purchasing a course package, you can book available time slots directly on the brand page.

Two booking modes:

  • Student self-booking — Browse teachers' available time slots on the brand page and book at your convenience
  • Teacher scheduling — Some brands use teacher scheduling mode, where the teacher arranges lesson times and notifies you after purchase

After successful booking, you'll receive a confirmation notification and a reminder before the lesson.

This is exactly the biggest advantage of a teaching brand — there are other teachers who can step in as substitutes.

The difference from hiring a private tutor:

  • Private tutor is unavailable → Class is cancelled, you can only wait
  • Teaching brand → The brand arranges another teacher to cover, your learning continues uninterrupted

Brand teachers understand each other's lesson progress and teaching methods, so substitutes don't start from scratch — they pick up seamlessly. You're paying for the brand's service, not a single teacher's time.

If the teacher hasn't appeared 15 minutes after the scheduled lesson start time, please contact the brand leader directly, or email support@tutornetworking.com. We'll help resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Yes, within the course validity period. Unused lessons can be refunded, no questions asked.

Refund calculation: Total purchase price minus (lessons used × original per-lesson price), then minus the payment processing fee. Used lessons are charged at the original price, not the discounted package price — the discount is a reward for completing all lessons. The payment processing fee is deducted because it was incurred at purchase and is non-refundable. Minimum refund is 0.

Course validity periods: 1-10 lessons = 3 months, 11-20 lessons = 6 months, 21+ lessons = 12 months. After the validity period expires, refunds are not accepted, but remaining lessons can still be used.

Just choose the right package size for your needs, and you can request a refund anytime within the validity period.

Teaching brands offer more assurance than finding individual tutors:

  • Brand endorsement — Every brand has a public brand page with teaching philosophy and faculty clearly visible
  • Organized management — Brands have unified course scheduling and quality management
  • Secure payments — All payments go through ECPay third-party payment, no need for private transfers
  • Lesson records — Booking and lesson records are all on the platform, fully traceable
